George Y Mounsef - President/General Manager

George founded Mounsef International, Inc in 1984 with a specific goal in mind, which was to have a successful business that involved his passion for cooking and good food.

Starting with a small grocery store in Albany Park, George grew his business into one of the biggest, if not the biggest, Pita Bread Bakery and Supermarket in the Chicagoland area.

George also opened the restaurant next door to the Grocery. He thought it would be a great way to spread his passion for cooking and the love for good food to his customers and friends.

Having access to the best quality of Middle Eastern products from the Grocery, George himself prepares the food daily and makes sure all our products and food are fresh and authentic.

Elie G Mounsef – Vice President/Store Manager

Elie is George's Son and will be next in line to head the company after George. He is incharge of the grocery store and manages daily operations there. Learning from the team & managing the grocery store Elie and Ray work together to make it all happen.

Also, Elie currently attends Depaul University part time. His future goal is to continue his education and graduate with a CPA.

Raymond Y Mounsef – Operations Manager/Bakery & Wholesale

Ray is George's younger brother, he is the brain of the company and is incharge of the wholesale and bakery's operations, Raymond knows exactly which delivery truck is supposed to be where and has been with Al Khyam for more than 20 years.
